The Service allows users to select countries, times of day, and contexts to simulate authentic interactions incorporating local slang, etiquette, and topics. Operated by the PARTNER AI Team, the Service is available at https://partner.ad and through associated applications. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and others who access or interact with it. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted on the Service. You represent that you own or have rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
9. Limitation of Liability (Vastuunrajoitus)

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances will our aggregate liability to you exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. 10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PARTNER AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
11. Termination
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms, technical issues, or non-compliance with laws. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your profile and content without liability. You may terminate your use at any time by ceasing to access the Service. Provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination (such as limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property rights) will remain in effect.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to the Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and us shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court located in San Francisco, California. You waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts. In the event of a dispute, we encourage informal resolution first via contact with us. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, at our discretion.
13. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
